Our Service Area

We currently serve the rural communities west of Houston and south of Austin, counties include Austin, Bastrop, Colorado, Fayette and Lavaca.  Country Care Companions is not limited by these counties alone and further expansion is planned. If you live in an outlying area, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
